- Script review after the course, on-site evaluation of performance for each participant
- This program can be run over two consecutive days or two days a week apart, which gives participants an opportunity to process their learning and try out a few strategies in the interim.

- Focus on: Developing memorable content, structuring presentation, develop key messages, dynamic delivery.
